Brainyply is an AI-powered service that generates suggested replies to customer reviews and social media comments. The service provides copy-paste ready responses that you can use, edit, or discard at your discretion.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
- Free trials include 10 reply generations
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Credits do not roll over between billing periods
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Review all AI-generated content before posting
- Take responsibility for any content you choose to publish
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use the service for harassment, defamation, or illegal purposes
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you input. Generated replies are provided for your use. Brainyply retains ownership of the service, technology, and underlying systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
Brainyply provides AI-generated suggestions only. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use or publication of generated content. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
